I spent the last three days trolling around Chicago. I spent the first day catching up with family and enjoying a delicious meal together. On day two, my mom and I checked into the Waldorf Astoria Chicago and enjoyed all of the amenities that the hotel has to offer. And on the third and final day, we made our way around the Gold Coast, shopping bags in tow.
I picked up two new pairs of pants and two sweatshirts. The Olympics are coming up, so Ralph Lauren has an entire display of colorful sweaters with the American flag stitched on the front. I do like watching the Olympics but don’t want to just wear a giant version of the flag on my chest. So when I found this jacket, I was hooked.

I wore this Pleasures jacket through O’Hare today and enjoyed snuggling in it on and off the plane. It is ultra-soft and clings like a warm teddy bear.

I am wearing the Essentials pants right now, actually. They are slouchy and good for any late-night adventure. If you’re going to knock on my door past 10 PM, expect to see me in these pants.
To me, these pants are more than cute—they are adorable! I love the pink bubblegum, sunshine, and roses vibe. If a pair of pants were a representation of the band Aqua, renowned for their songs "Barbie Girl" and "Doctor Jones," these pants would perfectly capture their essence. Doctor Jones, calling Doctor Jones!!
